This was a gaia comish for :iconwhitedragonlove: of his character (the Paladin, Chale) and his mithra friend Volition (Dark Knight) with full relic armour and weapons.

The models were obtained via Foley's FFXI Model Viewer

The background was obtained via the infamous "FFXITool2" which is a Japanese program which is annoying impossible to use but allows you to view the backgrounds from ffxi

Some brushes from some places I've forgotten were used (if you recognise any please let me know D': ), and the whole thing was put together in Photoshop CS2

I used to do wallpapers, signatures and banners in this manner all the time (I may upload some of my other ones too^^) so if anyone is interested I may be open to requests/trades depending on the level of my course work X.x

OxO Holy Shi-! Owo Epic on the insane scale. :x And very fitting, especially for those two.
Love Voli's pose, very fitting of his class and his habits in playing them. lol
Can't say as much for Chale, as I didn't get to see him as much before he vanished. ; ; (He is missed.)

Fantastic work, made my night/morning to see it. :3 Thanks so much, cause this brought back so many memories from Ballista...

It's always good to look back on the old FFXI days - so many good memories :)
Funny but most of them are not even any kind of significant achievements - the best memories are conversations and general just pissing around with LS mates lol.

Cool :D I've been looking for a background program for a while to try doing mini comics using Model Viewer and that XD; If it's annoyingly impossible to use though, maybe I won't bother =x
